Gentle flow of basic Tai Chi postures and Yoga poses. Increase muscle strength, cardio vascular health, improve balance and stability. This class includes standing, sitting and lying techniques. Take time for yourself and relax in shavasanna or corps pose.

Silver Classic is a low impact interval class combining cardiovascular exercise with resistance training using bands and dumbbells. Also includes balance and stability drills. Appropriate for all fitness levels
