Day 11 Gentle Yoga Tai Chi
Gentle flow of basic Tai Chi postures and Yoga poses. Increase muscle strength, cardio vascular health, improve balance and stability. This class includes standing, sitting and lying techniques. Take time for yourself and relax in shavasanna or corps pose.
